How we process and share information, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and controller
This notice covers the Atlas Horizon corporate website and the contact/support requests you send us. The controller is Atlas Horizon Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi. Derkenar has a separate app privacy policy. Caluma’s own website provides its privacy information.
2. Visiting the website
To deliver and protect the site, the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, browser/device information, requested page, access time and technical errors. We do not add advertising tracking or marketing analytics code to the website. Hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security and essential technical functions.
3. Contacting us
Your email address, name, message and any attachments you choose to share are processed to answer questions, provide technical support and follow up on your request. Contact and request details provided by phone serve the same purposes. We do not request PINs, passwords, identity documents or confidential case files. Share only necessary information with personal details removed.
4. Collection and legal bases
Technical data comes automatically from website requests; contact information comes from your email, phone call or written request. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on establishing or performing a contract for requested services/support, legitimate interests that respect fundamental rights for security/general enquiries, legal obligations, or establishing, exercising or defending rights. Separate consent is requested where required. Reading this notice does not itself constitute consent.
5. Providers and transfers
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, which may process technical access data. Corporate email uses Apple iCloud Mail, which processes messages sent to us. These providers may operate infrastructure outside Türkiye. Disclosure to authorities takes place only as required by applicable law. Personal information is not sold for advertising.
6. Retention and deletion
Contact records are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request. Limited retention may continue where required by law or a dispute. Information is deleted or anonymized when the purpose and retention requirement end. Hosting providers retain technical logs under their service terms; deleting a message from our mailbox does not instantly remove all provider backups. Contact support to request deletion of unnecessary information you shared.
7. Your rights and requests
Article 11 of Türkiye’s personal data protection law gives rights to learn about processing and its purposes, know recipients, request correction and, where applicable, deletion or destruction and notification to recipients, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send requests to info@atlashorizon.tech or in writing to our company address below. Necessary identity checks and statutory request procedures apply according to the request.
8. Updates
We update this notice when data handling changes. New processing that requires permission will have a separate information and consent process.
